Obama 'admits' Kenyan birth?
« on: October 27, 2008, 07:53:46 PM »
Anyone seen this yet? It concerns the lawsuit by Philip J Berg about BHo's birth. It was not answered within the 30 days & therefore all points are true? It now goes to the Supreme Court I guess.

Thinking about this - what will it matter? Biden & BHo can just change places & go as planned. In the event of a Biden death, it would skip the VP since he is not eligible & go to Pelosi I guess. What would ths help?

So I guess the option is to defeat BHo & his cronies period!!

The suit was dismissed.  Not on merits, the judge decided Berg did not have standing to bring the suit.

Wonderful, if the great Obomanator wins, we won't have either a president or commander in chief, just a bozo who plays one.

Case Claiming Obama Ineligible for Presidency Appealed to Supreme Court

Federal judge tossed case on the grounds that harm from ineligibility "too vague" for voters to have standing

Let's see if the SCOTUS hears this case as expediently as when they ruled that fraudulent votes were valid in Ohio.

And before anyone(TAB) starts screaming...THAT'S NOT WHAT THEY SAID! I know that, but; that WAS the result of their ruling.

Well, let's hope he at least spends a couple nights in a Holiday Inn Express...lol
