ACORN going after gun rights

"ACORN has, since 1998, received an estimated $31 million in government funding," said SAF founder Alan Gottlieb. "Now they have intervened in a New Jersey gun rights case in defense of an illegal Jersey City one-gun-a-month ordinance that violates the state preemption statute.

"It is an outrage that this group has intervened to defend an anti-gun ordinance that has already been declared illegal by the court," he observed. "So long as ACORN accepts one penny of public funding, the organization should remain absolutely neutral on social issues, political campaigns and especially legal actions defending the right to keep and bear arms.

"This is still the United States, not a socialist gulag," Gottlieb concluded. "Public money should not be given to private organizations which then turn around and utilize that funding to usurp the electoral process and erode constitutionally-guaranteed civil rights."

Step one:  Cut off all funding for Acorn & subsidiaries.

Step two: Let them try to come after our guns.

Step three: Eliminate problem.

Step four: Next Socialist organization; repeat.

A few months ago, we were all scratching our heads trying to figure out what the heck a "community organizer" is.  Well, now we know, thanks to the outrageous actions of ACORN.  There can be no doubt, they are a subversive, anti-American organization, aided and funded by the treasonous Democrat and RINO members of congress who daily violate their oath of office and strive to overturn our constitutionally based form of government.

ACORN is violently antigun and has always been. You have to remember when Father Pfleger threatened to "snuff out" the owner of the gunshop in Chicago(or one of its suburbs). You would quite literally have to be on crack to not see that ALL of Obama's mentors, friends, and Obama himself have LONG opposed civilian ownership of guns. Both of Obama's religious mentors, and that is being kind as Liberation Theology is nothing but Marxism with a sprinkling of Christianity on top, are violently opposed to gun ownership by ANYONE.
