TOOOOOOOOOOO cool!

Got to shoot one of the original 10-bore Howdahs at the Vintagers' shoot a few weeks back...I want one really really bad...had a 10-inch Contender in 45/70 that J.D. Jones made up for me once. He included some of his 500-grain loads with the gun. When I touched one off it was like holding an exploding M-80....busted the knuckles across my week hand...when I called him and asked about the loads, he said something to the effect that they were perfect for one shot stops on garbage trucks.
