Election aftermath security
« on: November 01, 2008, 12:36:30 AM »
If McCain happens to win this election have any of you given any thought to what might happen.   I'm not a doomsdayer, but if McCain wins I really think there will be trouble, especially if we see a voting debacle as in Flordia or Ohio in the past.  I would not be suprised to see widespread civil unrest as in the 60's or worse.  I hope this does not happen, but I am going to be prepared.

Oh, we have nothing to worry about.  The liberals are all peaceful, tree hugging, anti - gunners remember.   ::)

No matter who wins I plan to start carring everywhere (legally) and take the chance of leaving my weapon in the car while in places it is not legal to carry.

One aging, ignorant, and now irrelevant feminist writer recently shot her mouth off in Italy to whit that if b-ho lost there would be the second civil war. I thought that was particularly funny given McCain's side outguns b-ho's probably 100 to 1 - not counting the inner cities.

I live in a blue area of a red state, so will have the appropriate defensive complement available - as always.

Interesting questions though, especially the fact that we should even have to ask it. Sad commentary, but the dumbocrats bring it on themselves with their incessant abuses of the process.

What about the other way around.  Has anyone thought about when Nobama and his idiots come hard after our guns and rights what "we" are going to do?  If that racist, lyiing, socialist, anti christian (who said in his book " I will always side with muslims should the winds of politics blow in an ugly direction") win s the election in this country and comes hard after us law abiding citizens and our guns have you thought how far you would go to protect what you have?  It scares me of what could happen because they will first make us criminals and then come after us if we refuse to give up our guns like Australia and England.  Will you give yours up?..........this whole thing could get really ugly......and if it does he's already said who he will side with.  This is what could cause a revolution not if McCain wins.  If McCain wins it will all be because Nobama is black....same old bs.  These are very svary/uncertain times.

I'm already hearing from smart well informed people that they do not trust the current system.  These are Republicans that watched what happened last time, particularily in Florida, and asked the question "Do you want people that can't follow simple instructions picking the President?"  They are looking at all the electronic stuff with no hard copy evidence and the trouble there has been, and asking "How do you verify a vote with this equipment?"  And now last week there was a news story about a woman that voted early, had a paper ballot that required you to fill in a circle with a black pencil, and she kissed her choices with red lipstick on.  The election judges are trying to determine what her "intent" was.  Do these idiots not understand the meaning of a spoiled ballot?

I anticipate a very close election followed by a law suit (more so if one side loses than the other), and then repositioning that will make the last six months of politics look tame.  I believe that if the Dems lose it will be really messy, because just like 2004 they have counted and "know" they have it won; the media has counted and named him king; and regardless of what we say they will not accept anything else.  The media has even elevated itself to the level of SAVIOR.  I have been hearing and reading from them that it is their exit polling that will verify the true winner ... In other words "Don't lie to the pollster at the exit door!"

What am I going to do after the election?  Business as usual.  I will keep carrying legally, I will purchase the guns and ammo I have planned (sooner if one party gets in than the other), I will keep paying my bills, since I have debt I will keep paying ahead on it as I can, and I will continue to watch the world and adjust my lifestyle to be ready (still an old Boy Scout ... Be Prepared).

All I know for sure is next Wednesday will be messy.  Either we are going to live with the gloating and I told you so's and the see the world did not stop turning; or we are going to wake up to screaming, and fighting, and lawsuits.
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

I have heard from 2 people connected to state level law enforcement. Both have said that the federal police in its various forms are really preparing for civil unrest in the biggest cities if b-ho loses. Which, of course, will be the gun owners fault for losing, having had stolen, or "supplying" the rioters with guns. Kind of like it would be our fault for supplying Hurricane Katrina with water.  ::)

My sources say NYC has been prepping for "massive civil unrest" for over three months now.  They expect it no matter what the result. Gotta love the looney left.

I say, "burn your own homes, learn to live in ashes."
Anti: I think some of you gentleman would choose to apply a gun shaped remedy to any problem or potential problem that presented itself? Your reverance (sic) for firearms is maintained with an almost religious zeal. The mind boggles! it really does...

Me: Naw, we just apply a gun-shaped remedy to those extreme life threatening situations that call for it. All the less urgent problems we're willing to discuss.

Get an Obama/Biden yard sign.

If he loses, set it up in your front yard...

Have the ammo and arms on hand to help your neighbor who didn't plan ahead as well
