Has anyone else seen this? Maybe it has already been discussed and I missed it. If so, sorry to waste bandwith but, this is really scary! If anyone has a link to anymore of this speech, I would like to see it. This little short one, taken by itself, is really, really scary!

Sounds scary but the segment is so short can't really make out the context of the statement.  Oh well, I already voted it is was not for Obama.

I did a Google search on Obama's civilian security force and found some information.  Not too much clear information on it.  Best one I found is http://bulletin.aarp.org/states/il/articles/obama_outlines_plan_for_national_service.html.

It sounds like a program like the Peace Corps and the AmeriCorps and the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) but the name with security is worrisome.  To me the article has a lot of smoke and mirrors from Obama which suggests just what the youtube video and some of you have said here.
