My advice, tell everyone in a week or 2, that you sold all your guns, especially the black ones, and you did well, then listen to the wind, and decide how best to conceal them. Maybe keep one out, for general fun and practice, thinking, They will let me keep at least one, or, I can afford to lose one. But hide the ammo and magazines, soft cases etc... This is premature, but a guide for the future. Where I live, the LEO's are pro gun, anti immigration and gung ho, I don't cross them, but they are the good guys. I know other places are not like mine. They might get surprised by a raid or two from the ATFE, but would catch on real quick, my zipcode has the second highest ccw count in Texas, 1 mile away has the highest, I carry everyday, but am not on the list. this was my decision, and current law, allows me to carry in my normal lifestyle, Not as good as a ccw, but damn near. I leave the pistol in the car when I go into the store, or bank, I don't go to bars, I just go to work and back home most days, I'm the supervisor at work and have 3 guns all the time, 2 pistols and 1 rifle. Not to mention what is in my truck in the parking lot. 1 pistol is always in my pocket.

An old anecdote, when it's time to bury our guns, it is really time to dig them up.

1) Soap box.
2) ballot box.
3) the cartridge box.

Go easy and smart my friends.

Now is a good time for the general public or anyone in a position of power to know specifics about your tools and preparations.

Kinda goes along with what to do with the police ... Shut up!

M'ette and Marshal,

As we talk about these things I remember that this is a public forum.  I noticed that there are about 225 guests and 29 members on here this morning.  Do you know what the general numbers are of those looking in from the outside?  Just a thought from a paranoid mind as we exchange ideas.

You have the right of free speech. You also have the right to remain silent.
The effects of how you exercise those rights determine your success or difficulty in life.

I personally believe that we must make it clear that we will not give up our legal Rights, and that we will not allow those Right to be taken away without our "resistance."  The last message to send is that w are going to accept whatever comes down the pipe.
