With family get togethers coming up for the holidays. Do any of you have to deal with - "those" relatives?  The one's who love to talk politecs, religion and are anti- guns. And one always leeds to another. Then comes,  You Damn Right Wingers!!

The older I get the harder it is to hold my tongue. And don't alot of the time

My family is pretty much dominated by crazy right wingers so this is never a problem.  We just complain about the moonbat libs.

My aunt and uncle that are so far left that even Obummer seems a moderate became Massholes a few years back.  He come down to DC from Boston a few times a year and puts "Impeach Bush, investigate the 9/11 conspiracy" pamphlets under thdoors of Congress and Senate office doors then heads back north.  He never tells us when he comes down, we're only a hour south of DC.  I thinks he's afraid of stopping over.

My wife's Aunt and Uncle are two of the finest people you could ever want to meet, but are die hard 1930's unionist. That also means true blue dems. They are at heart, very conservative, but the "Union" is never wrong. And they always support Democrat candidates. Fortunately, politics are never discussed at the family get togethers, until my wife's cousins (conservative to the extreme) start needling (good naturedly) them on their choice of candidates. No one ever looses their temper and it basically becomes a contest on who can get the biggest laugh.

Where do you get "maybe" ? just the threat of him in office has inflation climbing and unemployment at a 16 year high.

Kind of the same thing here. Two aunts and a cousin. They are way way left. This year will be interesting with BHO ready to run the show.

Bingo!  Hopefully, BHO will be thrown out of D.C. after only 4 years, though.  I'm at least maintaining hope.     Unfortunately, Bush will carry the blame for everything until we have another Republican President that the Dems can use as a scapegoat.  Butt HOle, on the other hand, will be seen as a savior no matter how bad he screws up because he was Pres. during "tough times".  Yeah, like Bush's Presidency was a cake walk.  Dems. seem to forget a little event like 9/11, as well as post-Clinton fallout (makes me really popular with my liberal friends when I talk about this), but that shouldn't have caused him any complications.

Dont hold your tongue..... use it as an opportunity to pick up votes for our side....... Democrats are not bad people.... they are just misguided.
