Thing is, We are not "Right wing". Leftists believe in a one world nanny state, like the old "Warsaw Pact" Right wingers believe in a National or ethnic based dictatorship like Hitlers Reich, which included Austria Germany and German dominated areas of Poland, France, and Czechoslovakia.
We are ACTUALLY in the middle of the road, we don't want to dominate ANY ONE, nor do we want or expect any one to "take care" of us. The problem is that the majority of the countries media and politicians have moved so far to the left that the scale has been tipped to make the self sufficient person seem an oddity.

Maybe we "right wingers" need to 'rebrand' like the commies, libs etc who became "progressive" (should be regressive!)

"Originalists" or Constitutionalists" isn't 'sexy' enough, "patriots" are dismissed by the media (as well as being mis-defined) so we need something new.

With family get togethers coming up for the holidays. Do any of you have to deal with - "those" relatives?  The one's who love to talk politecs, religion and are anti- guns. And one always leeds to another. Then comes,  You Damn Right Wingers!!

These are the same a'holes that preach (she's even a pastor) non-violence, non-resistance and pacifism, but it did not bother them to "hope for an assasination of President Bush" as the only hope for our Nation a couple years ago 

I will not let loose with my full feelings, because there will be innocent bystanders that would be hurt in the arguements (including mother-in-law who is going through first major holiday without father-in-law at her side).  However, it is hunting season, and the guns will be right inside the front door as always!
