I have one of the original P14s and the stubby 'beaver' is fine for everything but packing in a Smart Carry. It jabs the heck out of your abdomen when you sit down. It was the only .45 I owned when I moved into PA from Jersey, so it's what I carried.

Where is the slide and fram from? For that price I would think they didn't make them at Para. No matter, I think I must have one. Now to find one. When are they to be released to the masses?
