A sign for our houses.

I thought some of us might want to put up this sign to help out the poor disadvantaged criminals. ;D

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

My uncle was a storekeeper.  After several break-ins, he put up a sign that read, "Owner stays here, armed, 2 nights a week. Try to pick which ones".
He had two fellows try it on for size one night (he actually stayed more than 2 nights). After he filled both their ass-pockets with birdshot, the break-ins stopped......for good.
"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

I used to have that sign on the front of my house and several stickers on my back door. I took them down after my neighbor lied to the cops and said I pulled a gun on him.

Yeah, those signs can get you into trouble with the Saviors of Humanity. BTW, don't post "Beware of Dog" signs either.  It gets weasel-worded from "You've been warned" to "That sign proves the owner knew his dog was dangerous, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, and yet did not do enough to protect my client from it."  Experience of an old college buddy...

Gotta love those lawyers.
Anti: I think some of you gentleman would choose to apply a gun shaped remedy to any problem or potential problem that presented itself? Your reverance (sic) for firearms is maintained with an almost religious zeal. The mind boggles! it really does...

Me: Naw, we just apply a gun-shaped remedy to those extreme life threatening situations that call for it. All the less urgent problems we're willing to discuss.

Shakespeare quote from Henry VI: "THE FIRST THING WE DO, LET'S KILL ALL THE LAWYERS."

Shakespeare quote from Henry VI: "THE FIRST THING WE DO, LET'S KILL ALL THE LAWYERS."

Of all the words he wrote those 10 are the wisest.  ;D
Maybe keep one or two for bad examples,"See that weasel chasing the ambulance ? Don't be like him."  ;D
