Company embezzled, health problems, had to get the whole house re plumbed, company computer problems, and on and on.  Life sucks right now,

There IS a bright side. If the sh!t is deep now it has to be shallower in the future, all this crap that you are dealing with now is stuff that probably won't ambush you in the foreseeable future.
Now to rag on you a little.
Don't tell me your plumbing FROZE ! It got all the way up to 23 here today.
