First Time Shooter

as I am on Holidays thourght I would take the time and take my 12 year old niece to the range for her fist time at shooting   :boogie:
after getting my little one to lend her ear muffs to her cousin we headed off for an afternoon at the range

I had set up a Target frame at 25m with some some clay targets for her to plink away at, then set up a couple more clay targets at 50M for her as well


all I can say is WOW  :D :D :D   for a first time shooter she did very well off the bench  :boogie: :boogie:  next time will try a couple more things with her. 

I know she had a ball and definitely wants to do it again

Great pics and video.  Love that smile after the first shot on the video.  I've gotta get a pair of them pink muffs to put an end to mine disappearing.

hehe  they are Peltor Kids ear muffs  ages ago I told my daughter ( who is 3 )  she could not go to the range unless she had ear muffs,   she said Pink ones, I said Ok you can not go till you have pink ones, ( me thinking won't find any for ages)

I was at the gun shop picking up the  CZ and she was with me, looking around and next thing she comes up to me with them says I need these then we go to the range,  so.... I HAD to get them  hehe

Cool post Phil, Like Lenin said, "If we get them young they are ours forever", Her and your Daughter are the future of the shooting sports  ;D
I realize this may be like asking me about Canadian or Mexican laws but do you have any idea what NZ gun laws are like ?
