From David Hardy's Blog "Of Arms and the Law" I found out this morning that Oral Arguments are going to be held in a few days on the issue of incorporation of the 2A by states. But here is the kicker. How bizarre is this that this legal issue will be held in the Browning Court House in California. Now it appears to be named after James R Browning a California jurist born in Montana. But do ya think he might be related to the JM Browning of Utah? Life is pretty funny that way
