One letter is worth at least 100 emails.  My letter's going out to OSHA, my congressman and my two senators.  NSSF has a template letter....use it!

This is either an agency run amuck (not uncommon for OSHA) or back door gun control.....or both!

In fact, request in the first paragraph to your legislators that OSHA funding be cut and include a copy of the signed letter along with the letter you write to OSHA.

When a beaurecrat sees a copy of a letter to a senator or congressman saying their funding should be cut it will get their attention where it matters the most!

Do it!

WRITE WRITE WRITE ! ! !

......WRITE WRITE WRITE ! ! !

I posted an electronic comment (see below) and am following up with the actual letters tomorrow which is easy since it's the 4th and most are off today (letter writing is a good thing to do to preserve liberty today....easy, easy, easy....do it!).  A congressional letter of investigation is a super pain to beaurecrats.....funding removal is the only thing worse.  Anyway...for what it is worth below is a copy of my electronic comment:

The "OSHA Explosives Proposed Rule (29 CFR Part 1910) - Published at Federal Register Vo. 72, No. 71, at P. 18792" is a bad rule.  This rule severely and adversely impacts the 2nd Ammendment as back door gun control.  Though you may only be interested in occupation safety and hazards, you are likely also concerned with funding.

This electronic comment is supplanted with actual letters sent to my U.S. representative and senators requesting a congressional letter of investigation to determine what is the actual motivation of this rule.  Additionally, the letters state that funding should for OSHA should be questioned if political motivations for this rule are found.
