Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

I do hunt deer with the bow. Last summer I didn't put enough time into scouting and with the new industrial development in the area I hunt, I've decided not to go this season. :( Will start walking the woods again shortly, with the snow on the ground.

I've hunted small game and varmints, but nothing more than that.  It's just not my thing.

I've hunted hogs, but not shot one. :) I have hunted, or do hunt pheasant, quail, turkey, ducks, geese, rabbit, squirrel and probably some things I can't remember. Really want to get into deer hunting here and I want to go and hunt elk, bear and moose. Maybe somewhere, sometime.

In my area:
For food we hunt dove, quail, duck, geese, pheasant, turkey, squirrels, rabbit, whitetail deer, and hogs (think that's all).

For varmint eradication we hunt: coyotes, feral dogs, fox, and raccoons (I know I'm missing something).

We'll shoot an errant possum or armadillo too (they will tear up a flower bed).

I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

Hunting is my main passion, but not much the last 2 years.

I hunt, feral hogs, whitetail deer, wild turkey, squirrels, rabbits, dove and quail and such for food.  I have been on 1 nilgai hunt and that was awesome, big animals. Been to Kansas a couple of times for pheasant and loved that, and man do they eat good.

Varmints, fox, coyote, possum, raccoon, prairie dogs, rattle snake, and bobcat.
