The shooting occurred just before midnight Wednesday about two miles from where a popular bartender was shot to death last week.
Atlanta police Sgt. Lisa Keyes says a man and a woman had just left the Graveyard Tavern and gotten in their car in a lot across the street.
Keyes says the two were waiting for the car to warm up when a man with a gun approached and demanded money.
Keyes says the man in car pulled out his own gun and shot the unidentified suspect five or six times. He died at the scene.
Keyes says the case is being treated as self-defense
Oh hell yeah!
