I saw something either here or in a gun magazine about knock offs like this coming out of the former soviet union, I don't remember if it was Russia or one of the republics.

That's like going to the auto parts store and asking for a "710" cap for a Chevy pickup.       ;D ;D ;D

"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

I keep thinking about the rarely encountered Snowwis scope. This guy must have seen OTHER Snowwis scopes before this.  :-[

I'm sort of an "outlier" (a very good book to read BTW) when it comes to this stuff.   I started in computers in the mainframe days and spent hours upon hours with EBCDIC and ASCII codes.    So while I don't remember all the codes I do know where to find them.

OKAY you twisted my arm, I'll tell.    The easiest way to cheat is to go to Word (or your favorite word process) and "Insert" a "symbol".    Scroll through them and you'll find most every conceivable juxtaposition of the alphabet you could imagine.  Create the "word" you want then copy/paste it to your posting.  Beats the 64 character, uppercase-only chain printers we used back in the "stone age".
