Irish Anthony, I look more forward to your range report, the CZ 75 platform is rugged and reliable. I have a very early CZ 75, no importation marks, military model, with lanyard ring and baked enamel finish, it is very smooth s/a and d/a, with factory 124grn ball ammo it is ok, at 25 yards, 3 1/2" pistol, but with IMI carbine only hot stuff, it shoots into 1 3/4". I've owned this pistol a good 20 years. I would like for you to give us your impressions of shooting your pistol, reliability, which I expect will be flawless, and accuracy, then shootability, how it feels in your hand, the trigger press, the sighting system, the recoil recovery etc...
Here is a picture of my old girl, I replaced the rear sight with a higher one from a Springfield Armory P9, it worked well too.

My little model 83 as well. Very nice straight shooting .380, 13 rounder.

I did own but traded a model 85C, beautiful pistol, but it became a Sako Finbear .338 winchester magnum rifle, because the deal was too good to pass, and it did not outshoot the standard model.
As far as holsters, I have 3, a Helweg, made in Aussie land, and a great minimal holster for competion or carry. Then a modified Bianchi, Chapman High ride that will take the CZ or the 1911, and then an Ernie Hill fast track for a compensated 6" pistol. Sorry no pics, next project, is pics of holsters.
Let us know how yours does
