Everything came together but soon fell apart
« on: July 19, 2007, 07:25:58 AM »
Last night things were going great, we were getting despertely needed rain and since it was raining I was in the house early enough to watch some T.V.  A perfect night for it because The Outdoor Channel has a great wednesday lineup. The Mrs. was reading books to the kids and the TV was all mine. Cowboys came on and I really enjoyed that episode.  I quickly helped get the kids in bed just in time for the intro to Shooting Gallery.

:o Oh man was I thrilled, there was going to be a story on snub nosed revolvers, and I just bought a Smith and Wesson 642.  Life is good. 8)   Then all of a sudden the Satellite started to act up. Maybe twice a year during certain storms we loose our Direct TV for a few hours. This was absolutely terrible timing. It ended up going completely out and I missed most of the episode. >:(

On the bright side we really needed the rain and we got a good soaking, and I can always catch the episode when they re-air it. But I sure wasn't thinking that positively last night. lol

I miss every one of the episodes cause I don't have the outdoor channel yet. But I WILL get it as soon as I can.

Its all in how you think about it man. TV per month is less than one competition in cost. When you think about it that way i guess you could cut out TV and add another Match/month as well.  :-\  ???  :-[

Man now i am unhappy with the cost of Direct TV.  :D (not really)

Yeah I know what you mean, but, I am in line with your thoughts the cost is going straight to my reloading bench, you can never have too much supplies and reloading is a much better destresser than the tube.

But hell,
Would not give up my internet for nothing!
