Just wanted to post about the customer service at NcStar. While shooting my Sig556 with the Mark III Tactical P4 6x42 scope, the trolls stole my elevation dust cap. Didn't notice until loading up to leave, and could not find it.

After calling the customer service number, a
real person answered the phone, and transferred me in 5 seconds to Tim.
Tim laughed at my troll story, took my info and said he would send 2! FOR FREE!!

I know there are other more expensive optics out there, but after paying $1100.00 for the rifle back in Feb. 08, (now the Sig556 is closer to two thousand,) I couldn't afford ammo, mags, more ammo, more mags, and an ACOG or some other high end scope.
Needless to say, I love the NcStar on my Sig, and it does exactly what it is supposed to, (hit where the crosshairs are)

That's it, just my .02 cents on a refreshing Monday customer service exp. And no, I don't work for them in any way, shape or form. If you spend a bundle on a rifle, and need a good scope that won't break the bank, give them a shot. After all, you can always put the scope on another rifle.
