S&W Sigma SW40VE Warranty Work

Have owned a S&W Sigma series SW40VE for a few years now.  The gun shoots great, but the trigger pull was very heavy (around 11lbs).  Called Frank Smith at LSG Mfg who does S&W warranty work.  Talked to him about 10 minutes, and he said to send him the pistol, that this was covered under warranty work.  A week later, I have my pistol back.  The trigger pull is down between 5-6 lbs now and I can't wait to get it out to the range tomorrow.  Have to love customer service like that!
