We can watch it happening around us today, starting with the stimulus rip off.

Very, very true. What happens to the incidence of gang violence when the economy crashes? I'll tell you what, it sky-rockets!

I'm even starting to see it in my little corner of the world. People are losing their jobs...there is no local industry anymore...bills are piling up...people are getting desperate. All this adds up to crime being on a major upswing. And, it's not just gang violence. Although, our local municipalities have had to make staff reductions, so who's to control the unrest?
If the women don't find you handsome...they should at least find you handy.

The "Stimulus" spending, that was just enacted, will facilitate the scenarios Glenn Beck discussed. The current government of the United States will have to be completely dismantled before we will ever be able to recover. Economically or socially. As long as the government can ignore it's own laws, and is allowed to impose it's social and economic theories on us with the threat of inprisonment and confiscation, we are going down the path to civil war.
Children, pets, and slaves are taken care of. Free Men take care of themselves.

Absolutely. One thing no one here seems to be picking up on is that as "gang violence" sky rockets, alot of those "Gang members " will be us or people just like us.
What is a "gang" but a group of people banded together for a common purpose, the only difference between a drug gang and a citizens militia is motive, in one case violence is used to protect profits and turf, in the case of a militia the motive is security and ideals' Make no mistake, what happened to Randy Weaver and David Koresh would happen to a lot more of us if the Govt. thought they could depend on the Police and Military.
