Never again.  If there is not a candidate I can vote for then I won't vote for that office.

You have to stem the tide. Mother Teresa (Not you M'ette, the other one) will never be on the ballot. Voting for the lesser of two evils can at the very least push the radical agenda back another 4 years.

Exhibit A: McCain vs Obama......... McCAin would have been a crappy president, but things would be vastly better with McCain then with the Chump we got in office now.

I agree with KSail AND Haz. My problem with BO has nothing to do with his "black" skin, it's ALL about his red politics. That's where I agree with Ksail, I agree with Haz that Powell is to far left, but at least he DID something in his life besides win rigged popularity contests. I would vote for Thomas Sowell, Condi Rice, Allen Keyes, or Larry Elder without hesitation.
If I could pound one message into the heads of Democrats and socialists it would be:

It's the policies stupid !

That is moronic. Not voting is allowing the one who least represents your vote to win. When you have a choice between the lesser of the two evils that doesn't mean that you accept which ever one wins.

I look at it this way, if there are two people voting for two bad cantidates and I don't vote, I just gave up my vote to whomever voted for the one who was worse. Not voting is what is keeping the conservative party cantidates out of office.

I have a theory that conservatives want to be left alone and want others to leave them alone and everyone can live their own lives, so they are less inclined to vote. Where as liberals have the desire to control everyone and their actions and therefore promote voting to further their cause.

This allows the liberals to win and conservatives to loose. I note that alot of my conservative friends don't vote, but all the liberal ones do.
