Can't post it enough,....

http://www.secondamendment.net/2amd7updated.html

alfsauve hits it right on the head..

The Fourth Amendment protects you against unreasonable searches and seizures.  If the police want to search your house without your consent, they need a warrant.  Warrants may only be issued upon a showing of probable cause, supported by an affidavit.  The facts contained in the affidavit must do more than support a mere suspicion.  The test is whether the information in the affidavit would justify a person of prudence and caution in believing that an offense is being committed, e.g. that "prohibited" weapons can be found on your premises.  The requirement of probable cause for the issuance of warrants is one of your most precious constitutional protections.  NEVER GIVE THE AUTHORITIES YOUR CONSENT TO SEARCH YOUR HOUSE, YOUR CAR, YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS, OR ANY OTHER PREMISES UNDER YOUR CONTROL.  Consent dispenses with the necessity of probable cause. While lacking probable cause, if the police conduct a search with your consent and seize evidence for use against you in court, your lawyer will not be able to suppress it on the basis that the search was warrantless.

The Fifth Amendment protects you against giving evidence against yourself, i.e., your right to remain silent.  Just as you cannot be compelled to testify against yourself in a criminal trial, neither can you be compelled to answer a policeman's questions about that AR-15 you bought a couple of years ago and never surrendered. Don't be bashful about invoking this right. It's always better to remain silent and appear guilty than to open your mouth and prove it.

Were that snot nosed little red head that sat behind me in kindergarten?

When I read the whole article, and kept scrolling down and reading, it was spot on. We are Americans! We have rights under the Constitution. Regardless if attempts are made to chip away at them.,..

If ( and that's a big IF), the situation deteriorates in our country, it is always good to be informed and aware of a plan if the SHTF.
I am under no obligation to give them my gunsafe combo, or ANYTHING! Yes it will suck, but there will be another day.....
Especially, if it comes to your door.

Nowhere in the article did he assert violent confrontation, just a citizens RIGHT to put the gov't in check regarding the 4th and 5th Amend. AS IT PERTAINS TO THE 2nd!

"That is perhaps debatable, but what is not debatable is that it is not the role of this Court to pronounce the Second Amendment extinct. We affirm the judgment of the Court of Appeals. It is so ordered."
Justice Antonin Gregory Scalia, June 26, 2008, DC v. Heller

Hope this link still works. This is a video of a law professor explaining why you don't talk to the Police when questioned with out a lawyer and He is backed up by a Police detective afterwards. It's a little long, but worth the time.

How about they were in the Obama supporter's house that just mysteriously burned to the ground at the exact same time that all the fire trucks were called out to that building fire hoax...

Sorry.

What I'm learning more and more.  WE HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!  Cerberus owns most of, and is trying to aquire more of the whole arms manufacturing industry.  They arent buying up all that just to let the government limit their sales.  Cheaper to buy politicians off than let them limit the market.

"Cerberus is big enough to make waves in Washington. Money talks in politics and Cerberus has lots of it."

http://www.downrange.tv/forum/index.php/topic,5607.0.html

Not much that company doesnt have control of.  If they said "jump", any politician is going to be in the air before the money hit his account.

So, YOU PEOPLE STOP BUYING UP ALL THE GUNS AND AMMO!!!  Reducing the crazy demand for everything is the only way to get the prices to come back down...  Then I can go shopping again. ;D

Sure was a good thing for Cerberus when Obama got elected...  Huh?  (Wonder who paid for that?)

Ok, my point is now made. ;D

OLL MY GOD!  I ALMOST RUPTURED LAUGHING SO HARD!!!  I'd better go check myself.

Cerberus (the company with more money than god) buys up Chrysler, GMAC, and others,

Obama get elected, and poor, poor little Chrysler, GMAC, and the others are all the sudden "broke!"

Obama quickly gives Chrysler, GMAC, and others BILLIONS, and BILLIONS of the sheepals money, even though they are still owned by "the company that has more money than god".

Democracy?  Communism?  I'm just not clear on this whole politics thing anymore ???

The 6 oclock news should draw up a ladder chart of all this each day for the public to better understand their position.

Communism:  "based on common ownership and control of the means of production and property in general.[1][2][3] Karl Marx posited that communism would be the final stage in human society,"

Before what?  Thats the real question!
