Off topic a little, but can anyone tell me where the President is today?  I noticed that the stock market closed up and am afraid that he is sick or injured by the way traders are celebrating  ;D

That much goes without saying, ufortuneatly its a bi-partisan traditon. Newt, the great budget hawk, liked to fly on our dime, A Lot, so did Hastert. Its amzing how quickly things become a necessity when someone else is paying.
