Make sure you leave the mags fully loaded for a few days, and pray we avoid a 10-round mag limit...10-rounders were/are nightmares to load!

I will 2nd that as that is the Max  size we are allowed to have,
Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

welcome to my world.   I actually don't mind it so much when it comes to pistols( as I'm a 1911 guy)  but it really ticks me off when it comes to rifles.   Then again my super evil nylon 66 is tube fed... it holds 15..   ;D
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

I had a new Wilson Combat that was hard to load from round one once, and a "wise guy" at the range said they need to be "worn in."  I rolled my eyes and went to the safety area to get away from him, stripped it down, brushed it, wiped it with a silicon cloth and reassembled.  Worked great ... nice accidental find.  Now I clean my mags more than the gun (mostly because I don't drop the gun in the dirt every six to 16 shots).
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

+1 on cleaning the mags. The only malfunction I ever had on my CZ was due to that. It happened at an IDPA match 2 or 3 times. Then someone asked how often I cleaned my mags. After I gave them that deer-in-the-headlights look...I went home and found the mags were full of soot and brass "dust". Now I clean my mags between every match or two.

I agree for the most part. After many hanguns the only mags I had that needed breaking in were 10rd mags for my P220. Wilson 10 rd mags for my 9mm 1911 are the only ones I need a "super thumb" to load.
