quote from article:

Germans will see history repeat itself in their own country, when SS style police SWAT teams in black uniforms with machine guns raid their homes and are, without judge and jury, guilty until proven innocent.

"Because the state can no longer protect us from crime, it wants to take away from us the means of protecting ourselves. This is the logic of gun control."
Joe Sobran

The slippery slope of history repeating itself, just got a wax job,......

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.

I don't remember where I read it (probably on here somewhere), but it's ironic that when violent crimes are committed the government seems hell bent on passing legislation to punish those who didn't do it.
I love waking up every morning knowing that Donald Trump is President!!

I don't know what the German's federal papers say, but I do know what is handwritten in the United States of America!

I have two fears if this were to happen in this Great Nation:

1.  A large group of lemmings will allow it to happen to them;

2.  It will get real bloody when it happens to another large group when it is attempted.

Prediction - If this is attempted here we will see the beginnings of Civil War II
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

Speaking with a German citizen, here on a work visa, the German Police always had the chance to "check" on gun owners, it REQUIRED probable cause to an extent, and was very rarely utilized, due to the STRICT gun laws already in place, manpower, costs, etc,..

The German Gov't already knows WHO has the "legally" obtained firearms, as they have TO BE REGISTERED!

Now Merkel wants the program to have any probable reason REMOVED, and the random door knocks to be allowed.

If your neighbor argues with you and knows you have a weapon, a phone call to the authorities, and KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK.

Remember, Democrats consider Europe to be a more "structured" society, and now that the US is having some big problems, getting more "structure" into our lives is just the thing we need,.....aka,,,,MORE GOV"T. >:(

hmmm that looks familiar

over here that happens

as an LAFO  we are subject to random checks

ie

knock, knock,   we are here to check your firearms....

now this is where some people have got in the shit

if I am at home no issue  I just show them   check rego's and storage meets requirements

however if I am out   all  the Mrs can do is show them where the safe  is.  tell them that they are in there however SHE can not show them inside  as she is not able to have accesses to the safe.

where a few people have come unstuck is where the wife or some that is unlicensed thinks they are doing the right thing, open up the safe and then the owner gets done for letting unlicensed  people have accesses to the firearms (it has happened)

tell me who gets treated like a criminal   shame the Crims don't need to worry about that.  as they would not be licensed to start with and don't have registered firearms
Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them
