The judge said New York has a strong interest in the safety of its residents from handgun violence. "The activities which the defendants are alleged to be involved in are illegal and against the public interest in all states," the judge wrote.

This judge is well known for his anti-freedom stances, siding with (or following) Bloomberg's instructions every step of the way. Where is Congress? Where are the impeachment proceedings against so biased and blatantly anti-freedom judge?

Lining their pockets most likely from yet another PAC or other income source.

It will be interesting to see what a federal judge in Atlanta rules on the libel case, I hope the NYC has some deep pockets....
