Really, I have acquired a Rufus Hussey Beanshooter Serial Number 9xxx. The rubber is dry rotted but everything else is untouched
orginal.

So should I attempt to restore it to shooting condition or should I use it as a model to build my own?

Okay, so Rufus Hussey is an acquired taste. After all, he only made about 16,000 Beanshooters, so the odds someone has an original are slim but larger than none because I got mine.
