In Manchester, not here in the States, but a good reason nonetheless to be on guard if you're going out today.  I'm going out and about for some Easter attire for my boys.  It's fins up and being more aware than usual for today.

Legal concealed carry holders....it would be a good day to not forget your carry if you are going out.

Rastus, I've never heard that expression before (its fins up). Can you clue me in on the meaning .... tks
