I would venture a guess that if you asked that certain demographic which voted overwhelmingly for Obama in this last election who Alan Keyes was, you would get a lot of blank stares.

In the little twists of fate, Alan Keyes ran against BHO for Senator in Illinois in 2004. Jack Ryan although married to one of the most beautiful women in the world (seven of nine Jeri Ryan) liked even more sex, got caught, and had to withdraw as the Repub. candidate. Alan Keyes came in and gave it his all. The rest is history of course...

Keyes has an interesting but very detailed and intellectual blog. I honestly can't get thru some of the complexity of his arguments but clearly he is a brilliant guy...

I would have voted for this guy in a heartbeat, but he did not fit the image of the establishment. Keyes and Palin in 2012!
