In Missouri, no waiting periods, no licenses, no limits, no problem. Just pass a NICS check, fill out a 4473, and buy whatever you can afford, or whatever they have in stock. Which right now, is getting harder and harder to find much

Here in Iowa for handgun purchases you are required to have a "permit to purchase".  This is acquired from your county Sheriff and requires a 3-day waiting period.  Once the permit is issued, you can use it to buy as many handguns as you desire, and it is good for a year from the date of issue.

If you have a concealed carry permit it is considered a "permit to purchase" and you can buy a handgun whenever the mood trikes you.

For long guns, you fill out the paperwork, and if you have a ccw you give the nice man the money and you're out the door with your gun in your hands.  Without a ccw there is more paperwork, but since I have ccw, I'm not sure what all that entails.
I love waking up every morning knowing that Donald Trump is President!!

In South Carolina:

No limit on guns purchased.
No backround check if you have a permit. If not instant check 15-90 minutes
Leave with gun.
Okay in console or glovebox, loaded and ready . . . No CWP required
