The last few days have been extremely hectic, between making preparations and the actual memorial services for my grandfather. I was lax in checking my mail, although I was able to find time to check in on the DRTV forum.
As I finally began going through my mail today, I was surprised to find several letters from my fellow forum members. I can't find words to express just what that meant to me. I know this is a special group of people, but the kindness displayed by my DRTV brethren has truly amazed me. Thank you all for the prayers and support you have given me and my family. I haven't had the opportunity to share this with my grandmother yet, but I'm sure she will be just as touched and grateful as I have been. Your letters will be kept along with a few keepsakes from the funeral as reminders, not only of my grandfather, but of the true decency that still exists in this world. Again, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, and God bless you all.
