It's been killing me but I finally got over to my buddies range today to shoot it. We were kinda tight on time so I was basically looking for a fuction test and try all the mags. I love this gun. I love the trigger and my buddy (who has the same gun) said the trigger will smooth up after a few hundred rounds. I didn't see a problem with the trigger so even better. I don't know if it was me but the trigger felt completely different shooting than it did dry fireing (ie: better). I ran about 150 rds through it, worked flawless right out of the box. Groups were tight (I didn't measure but I have high expectations for anything I shoot). Did some slow fire at first then did some quick double taps on multiple targets. The gun transitioned nicely from target to target. I've shot these guns before but this one is better than all the others (because it's mine)

Overall I'm very satisfied.
I hate to say it, but I'm done buying 1911's for awhile (mainley because I already have 6

). Next is definately going to be a full size .45 then probably a compact.
It felt really good to pull the trigger today even if wasn't very many rounds.
