For a shotgun I like no. 4 Buck. It has lots of pellets for multiple hits. There's less chance of overpenetration than 00 Buck but it still hits a lot harder than birdshot.

For my AR I have 55 grain FMJs.

9mm Hornady TAP ( The 147's)
.357 158gr Federal HS or the Winchester 110gr, jhp's
.40 Federal HS/Rem Golden Sabre? it doesn't matter.
.45 Winchester Silvertip, Federal 230gr  JHP's.

12g #2 Tactical Buck, and #4, with slugs mixed in. Buck n Ball if I really need it,... :P
Sig 556 Winchester Frangible for Home, others for different apps.
Mauser 7.65mm x 54 Norma SP 174gr.  or 187gr BTFMJ for the wide open spaces. small stash of 212gr Armor Piercing for a really bad day.,....
Winchester 94 Winchester Soft-Point, standard load is fine.

.45LC Winchester 225gr Silvertip. (Werewolves and Zombie loads)

.410 Standard Bird Shot with full choke. Kinda makes a hole at close range the size of a softball.....
