Her eyes are blackened, but her nose is not broken to the point that an impact could cause these injuries to her eyes, they were specific, caused by something individual, like a fist, flashlight, baton etc... Everyone should take into account anyone running for office, should not be a lawyer, that should be an automatic disqualification, even if they are a good guy or gal. they're mindset is using law for or against us. If against, then it allows judges the opportunity to rule against us, regardless of the actual law.

If he had his hands cuffed behind his back like she did.............yes.

But, don't underestimate what some people can still do with their hands cuffed. About 15 years ago a LEO from a nearby county was shot twice with his service revolver (yes they still issued revolvers to local PD there, which was a contributing factor) by a suspect who was being put into a patrol car with his hands cuffed behind his back.

As someone posted above, we have a double standard in this society to how men and women are treated, especially in the judicial system. There was a case here in town a few years ago about a college football player who was allegedly roughed up by the police while he was in custody for DUI. The player claimed police brutality and the police said he fell and hit his face on the floor, while handcuffed. Most of the reaction in the community was he deserved whatever he got because he was drunk and giving the officers a hard time.

The officer in this case should have summoned another female officer (if available) to assist him with this woman......

You wouldn't be referring to something ol' Bill Shakespeare once wrote now would you?        ;)

I definitely agree that there is a double standard....on many levels in this country.
I needed to clarify that I was lapsing into thinking how things should be and not how they are.

Each case should be considered based on facts.....(perish the thought).

"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

The floor and the lockers kept hitting her in the face. Like the inmate who "kept" falling down those stairs,.....

Turning off the video was NOT good.... Not having another officer with him (preferably female), would have helped.

That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

"Why I hate lawyers soooo much"

My reason is because they have forgotten that their purpose is to provide "fair representation" to the accused, nowadays the name of the game is to get the defendant off no matter what. Guilt or innocence has nothing to do with it, it's all about the win/loss average.

Not really, the way Bruce Cutler got Gotti off was by bribing a juror, that and the fact that he was advising Gotti on other things was why he was not allowed to represent him the third time, in fact he was nearly indicted himself.

Lawyers are constantly dissed until you need one,....than suddenly your greatest asset in getting through the BS that is our legal system is a lawyer.

If you have money, you stand a better chance of getting out of something than someone who has a public defender.

I could cite O.J. but why,....

Point being, everyone hates them until they need one.

Ironic from Shakespeare's point of view. but part of today's world.

A boat full of lawyer's sinks in shark infested waters, while the lawyers float, the sharks won;t attack.

Why?

Professional courtesy....
