Another problem can arise in that some states CCW laws have "gun free" zones.......like hospitals.    So who goes to jail if the EMTs take you to a hospital and you're carrying a gun?

that is a non issuse, trust me they will find the gun.  here they tape 2 nickels to the body of some one, if they are not found, you fail the emt test.   

Chances are about 100% they are going to cut all your clothes off anyways.

Not if I'm concious and they don't need to they aren't cutting my clothes off!
