Racism
« on: May 22, 2009, 08:14:41 PM »
Since that POS got nominated there have been a few posts made that drew criticism about "Racism". Well I would like to take this opportunity to clarify some things. The people who make these accusations are Hypocrites, B O took 96% of the black vote, leading dems made comments like "If you don't vote for Obama you are a racist", The ONLY ones who mentioned race during the campaign were the dems. The rest of us would not have cared if he was green, we still would not have voted for the no experience damn communist.
If we now use the worst stereotypes of blacks to ridicule him, (what does Obama's election mean, one more black family in public housing) it is not because we are racist, it is because we do not respect this windsock that got elected by liberal white guilt. (or the fools that voted for some one with such a questionable background, no experience, and no loyalty) You will notice that these types of comments are NOT made about Condi Rice,or Thomas Sowell who we all respect. Even Colin Powell, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton who we DISAGREE with strongly are not ridiculed this way. The reason for that is simple, whether we agree with them or not we recognize that they EARNED their positions through hard work. BO  on the other hand has never worked at anything in his life beyond BS kissing socialist ass.
Also, the majority of the people who post here are supporters of the Constitution, and the GOD GIVEN rights enshrined there, not the intellectual fascism that is called political correctness.

Good post Tom.  I think Walter Williams would agree.

Proclamation of Amnesty and Pardon Granted to
All Persons of European Descent

Whereas, Europeans kept my forebears in bondage some three centuries toiling without pay,

Whereas, Europeans ignored the human rights pledges of the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution,

Whereas, the Emancipation Proclamation, the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments meant little more than empty words,

Therefore, Americans of European ancestry are guilty of great crimes against my ancestors and their progeny.

But, in the recognition Europeans themselves have been victims of various and sundry human rights violations to wit: the Norman Conquest, the Irish Potato Famine, Decline of the Hapsburg Dynasty, Napoleonic and Czarist adventurism, and gratuitous insults and speculations about the intelligence of Europeans of Polish descent,

I, Walter E. Williams, do declare full and general amnesty and pardon to all persons of European ancestry, for both their own grievances, and those of their forebears, against my people.

Therefore, from this day forward Americans of European ancestry can stand straight and proud knowing they are without guilt and thus obliged not to act like damn fools in their relationships with Americans of African ancestry.

Walter E. Williams, Gracious and Generous Grantor
Rights are like muscles, when they are not exercised they atrophy.

DAMN FREAKIN' STRAIGHT!!

There are too many people out there afraid to voice their opinion of BHO basically because they aren't the same COLOR as him. They know if they say anything against the Exalted One, the libtards and finger pointers will immediately claim RACISM. ex. Janeane Garofalo

Some one comments that he is spending money like 'no tomorrow' (which there may not be, the way things are going now). As soon as that is said, some hypocritical moron will immediately scream out, "Is it because he's black? You saying black people don't know how to manage their money?" NO!!! It's because HE, as an INDIVIDUAL (<--loosely used because of the real string pullers out there), is a complete and total idiot!

I'm going to stop now before I pop a blood vessel in my forehead.

And Tom... I'm sure some of those libtard hypocrites will be on this one shortly to offer their view points.

I guess thats my cue. ;D Honestly Tom I don't much disagree with you. I do think that there is such an abundance of things to critisize Obama, or Condi or Keyes over that race shouldn't come into it, because why? A bonehead is a bonehead. The only time it is legit is if they play the race card first ala Al Sharpton or Garafolo. If someone says you only think x about someone because they're, black, mexican, gay whatever, then unload. As far as white guilt, who's asking for that that's worth listening to? History is history, we can't change it. My family DID own slaves and my great grand daddy was in the klan. I'm not proud of that, but I feel zero guilt either. I didn't get a vote, ergo not my problem. I do think we need to do two things, one be aware of racism, structural and individual where it exists and strive to change t in a sane and measured manner. Two, be mindful of how others might perceive our comments when speaking on a public forum. Thats not liberal guilt or PC doctrine, its just good manners.

I've worked all over the US.

The area with the most racism is....

The midwest, most was from black to white.

It was also the part of the country that had most  people with  the "IMO"   of  " its owed to me"

oddly enough, the place where there was the least ammount of racism was the south.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

I saw the same thing as TAB when I was working in Richmond, Virginia. I was actually stopped and told that I couldn't go to the black side of the street.

The places other than the southwest where I experienced racial problems were in Indiana and Utah.  Some of the better places were in the South, especially Tennessee.  Had some problems in Seattle but attribute that to some idiots as most people there at other times were pretty good.

Like TAB, I worked/travelled in a lot of states.
