NRA Hat

Quick question...

Joined the NRA about 4 to 6 weeks ago (5 years).  I got the welcome letter, decals, etc. about 2 weeks ago and got my first magazine last week.  When do they send out the NRA hat?  I didn't join for the hat, but still want it so I can wear it with pride.

In the past I have been offered promo items from NRA, some of which I received and some that I did not.  Always seemed to take a long time when I did get them though.

That is annoying. You think they could manage made in the USA (or at least Austria ;D).

I really don't want them spending my money on the cheap promo items, but they sent my knife pretty fast. I just want them to stay on the politicians as much as possible.

Some years back I tried to go one week buying nothing but American made products.  I found that it was nearly impossible!

Shame on the NRA....!

Any of you fellas think your Harleys are 100% American made?  You'd be wrong!

Correct, Fuel and electrical components have Japanese writing all over them. In fact Honda and Kawasaki are made in America and have been for years, I believe both plants are in Wisconsin.

Indiana and Kentucky as well. They may be union busters, but they are made here. The big three (and probably them too) are out sourcing parts production to maquelliadoras in Mexico. I'm not at all a fan of Michael Moore, but I did get a kick out of him trying to show up at GM Hq. and give the CEO $.75 for the first hour of work that was being outsourced from Flint, Mi. to Mexico.

I'm betting the "Made in USA" tags sewn into clothing these days are probably made in China or Vietnam...... ::)
