Eric Holder's Justice Dept. Just some brotherly love.

Ask yourself if these were White People standing outside a Voting location with "nightsticks" in jack boots and beret's, if there would be a problem....

Well, the Black Panthers got away with it in Eric Holder's DOJ, even though three men were indicted. Video at link.

Kinda makes you go Hmmmmmm.

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2009/may/29/career-lawyers-overruled-on-voting-case/?feat=home_cube_position1

Justice Department political appointees overruled career lawyers and ended a civil complaint accusing three members of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense of wielding a nightstick and intimidating voters at a Philadelphia polling place last Election Day, according to documents and interviews.

The incident - which gained national attention when it was captured on videotape and distributed on YouTube - had prompted the government to sue the men, saying they violated the 1965 Voting Rights Act by scaring would-be voters with the weapon, racial slurs and military-style uniforms.

Career lawyers pursued the case for months, including obtaining an affidavit from a prominent 1960s civil rights activist who witnessed the confrontation and described it as "the most blatant form of voter intimidation" that he had seen, even during the voting rights crisis in Mississippi a half-century ago.

The lawyers also had ascertained that one of the three men had gained access to the polling place by securing a credential as a Democratic poll watcher, according to interviews and documents reviewed by The Washington Times.

The career Justice lawyers were on the verge of securing sanctions against the men earlier this month when their superiors ordered them to reverse course, according to interviews and documents. The court had already entered a default judgment against the men on April 20.

Stick Carrying Black Panthers OK.

Twice!
Anti: I think some of you gentleman would choose to apply a gun shaped remedy to any problem or potential problem that presented itself? Your reverance (sic) for firearms is maintained with an almost religious zeal. The mind boggles! it really does...

Me: Naw, we just apply a gun-shaped remedy to those extreme life threatening situations that call for it. All the less urgent problems we're willing to discuss.

I believe I heard that the new black panther organization also gave money to the bHo campaign.

Along with some creativity ...  You should see the logic behind the awarding of votes in the Minnesota recount.  Apparently they spoiled ballet is a thing of the past, and the idea that someone could vote party line most of the ballot and then cross party lines for one or two is inconceivable.  I won't go into everything, but our voting system is more than just broken up here.  At least when the Dems cried foul and the GOP "stole" the election over votes in Florida it was the Dems that padded their count and still couldn't take it.  Up here they are stealing votes and changing the outcome  >:(

Those guys aren't Black Panthers, they are fans of Alex in "A Clockwork Orange". They could not afford the white jump suits and the cups for genital protection, lol. It's a shame when you cannot get your costume right for Halloween.

Hell. They are voting in Philadephia. A rough place to cast a vote and I am wondering where the machine guns are???

Wonder why the Philly PD did not approach those two and ask them to leave?

Makes me proud to carry a firearm when I go and vote!!!

Why bHo of course.  The case has been ended as part of the reward for money and muscle.

Between ACORN and a "Liberated Black Panther Party" the Dems can get a pretty good lock for more re-elected officials. Let alone BHO for another term. :'(

If the Black Panthers are at my polling place in 2010 or the next POTUS election;, carrying nightsticks??,... well,,, lets just hope they are not....(for their sake)....

Didn't see any reports of this happening in Southern or mid-western states.

Wonder Why???? ::) ;)
