Are you guys talking about the Oklahoma pharmacist case yet?

Yeah, I am kinda new here, so I don't want to duplicate a post or thread if one is already started on it.

To me, it looks like two teenage thugs go into a drug store to rob it.

The pharmacist went on Bill O'Reilly last night and here is the video link:

The pharmacist shot one thug in the head, and then... get this he ran out of the store to chase the other thug, a 14 year old, out of the store.  And I think he shot at him as he ran away.

then the pharmacist returns inside the store, supposedly grabs another gun and pumps a few more shots into the thug as he is lying on the floor.

I really do wish I could see the surveillance camera video without all the commentary and it being so chopped up.

Long story short, is the pharmacist was arrested and charged with first degree murder.

Don't think it has been mentioned.  ??? I did see the video and the pharmacist should have kept shooting him when he popped him in the head. After chasing his buddy outside the door and coming back the threat was nuetralized and there was no need for the pharmacist to fire additional shots.
