That depends purely on context, when the unborn child is "inconvenient" then "IT" is medical waste. But when they are trying to push their "Global warming" bullshit then he/she is one of our "Future Generations", That also applies when they want to print up more phony money, then he/she becomes one of the "future taxpayers" who they want to stick with the bill.
It's called "hypocrisy",, along with it's partner "outright lies" they are the favorite tools of socialists.
