Sad to see he took his life, never want to see that.

As far as being a "Master Thespian"... well maybe a B movie actor at best but entertaining.

Eberhardt Night at the drive-in back in the 60's and 70's...double feature's on Tuesday nights for 50 cents with a coupon from the Eberhardts supermarket.  Remember the "Billy Jack" movies?

Very surprised and saddened. I thought he was great in Kung Fu,  Death Race 2000, and Lone Wolf McQuade, and even greater in Kill Bill 1 & 2.

Very sad he had to go in that way.

RIP

That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

In all seriousness it was sad.
As for the acting, it's not that he was a 'bad actor', he just got type-cast into a certain character early in his career and fell into playing many of the same type of roles over and over.

He was a lot of fun in "Wild West Tech", though.

I agree with that completely, the whole Carradine family were good character actors.  Typecasting can surely drive a career in that business.  I know Robert has been trying to shake 'Revenge of the Nerds" for a while now...another classic!
