How does it stack up (size wise) to the Kel Tek 9mm?  How many rounds and is that an 'extention' mag in it now?

It's a little bigger and heavier: See attachment. That is an extension mag and it's even fuglier with the smaller 6 RD mag.
I keep it ready with the 7 rd mag seen and 1 in the pipe. I also carry two 8 rd mags in a double mag pouch in my back pocket in hot weather or on my belt when cold enough for a cover garment. This is also a 100% made in Germany model that is only imported by S&W. She's also wearing her large backstrap.
