This would be better posted on Michael's blog, but I'm not sure how to reach him directly.  Anyway, we know that our fate as gun owners may well rest on the results of the congressional and governors elections next year.  Virginia has already given us perhaps a good omen by butt-kicking Terry McAuliffe in the Democratic gubernatorial primary last week.  McAwful, as you may recall, was a top Clintonista fundraiser and Demo Ntl Chairman who spent a serious fortune in Virginia, then got beat by a country lawyer who was beaten previously by his Republican opponent in the upcoming race.  That's the background.

Wall Street Journal columnist Peggy Noonan, whose common sense and conservative credentials include having served as a Reagan speechwriter, addresses a problem we need to take seriously in rallying support for candidates who offer us at least an even chance of standing up for our agenda in the coming shitstorm.  Here's a link to her latest column:
