Gaining weight...
« on: June 14, 2009, 03:23:44 AM »
So in the last 10 weeks or so I've been going pretty hard at both wrestling and judo.

I've gained 10 lbs    :o

has to be all muscle.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

Well, there's 10 of the 158 I've lost since Christmas...who took the rest? ;D

HOLY Cripes.  That's incredible, well done.  I found the other day that I was 30 lbs over my comfort weight.  Wife and I are eating a little better and taking some nice hikes.  5 lbs down the first week.  Oh yeah, by good friend alcohol is taking a break from me too which might account for a (most of it) pound or so.

Did it the hard way, but it feels great to be able to ride 20 miles a day

Great job Dakota, but I could use 15 or so of those pounds. Docs got me on meds that kill the appetite. I've lost almost 15 in two months. I keep lookng for high cal in small portions, but everything is low fat and cal. Its frustrating.

Tell you what worked for me FQ... Heavy amounts of beer, large quantities of big juicy burgers, and big helpings of greasy overly cheesed pizza. ;D

Damn I need to follow Dakota's footsteps and loose some weight. :(

Good on you Dakota... Good on you!

I gotta watch the cholestorol and the beer too, or I'd just do a reverse Jarret, two whoppers and a sixer every day. ;D

If anyone wants any of the weight they've lost, it seem that I have found a few and will be glad to fed ex 'em back.  I'll even pick up the charges.
The person who has nothing for which his is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

Wait, alcohol makes you gain weight?  I think I found the weakness in my weight loss program.
