I beleave in the us cons...

which says:

" if we didn't cover it in the US cons, its covered by the states"

That happens to be the 10th Amendment you just got done posting that you want them to discard like BO' preachers.

http://www.law.emory.edu/law-library/research/ready-reference/us-federal-law-and-documents/historical-documents-constitution-of-the-united-states/amendments-to-the-constitution.html#c7721

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

You need to read more, or quit weaseling.

Well Tab, AS far as I am concerned. You are not welcome in Montana. It seams you are right ware you belong. And by the way. The next time you point a gun at a body part and pull the trigger, Make it your head and load the thing first. The world will be better off.

I know it's a scary day when I become the voice of reason, but I've gotta go along with Haz on this one.
I love waking up every morning knowing that Donald Trump is President!!

While I would agree with you in general I think there may be some misconstruing of a badly phrased post. There is nothing  humorous about pointing a gun at your own body and pulling the trigger, it merely gives ammunition to the anti's.
I hope that that was what 1 buckshot was trying to express. It is at least the way I took his post.

In my book too.

And all over a misunderstanding. I don't think TAB was saying discard the 10A, he was saying that the usurper in chief and his minions will see to it that the fed gumint prevails in spite of the 10A.

hopefully they do like they have in the pass and throw the 10a under the bus.

Pretty hard to misunderstand that. He even spelled it right.
