You misunderstand me Tom, I'm in favor of the neutering(only in LA, mandatory no where else). I was just pointing out that it should be no big deal as the so called men in LaLa land are already missing their cajones. If the guys don't have any, why should their dogs?

You have to admit that removing the exemption for AKC registered show dogs is typical liberal stupidity.
