she makes alot more then I do... I'll get half her stuff... now her student loan is just nuts.  the payment is just over $5000 a month( yes thats five thousand)

Your smarter than I would have given you credit for, she makes more so she can support you in the style you've become accustomed to, and she ISN'T a lawyer.  Good job.  ;D

I've already told her, the 1st thing I do after I move in is redo the master bath.  the 70s vintage fiberglass surround just does not do it for me.
