Yep. As a one time cost, a great buy. Maintaining it every month, and dealing with vandalism etc, not so much. I used to go to NFs that provided 55 gallon drum trash cans. These were always overflowing and cost big dollars to maintain and empty. The solution? Remove them and impose stupidly high dollar fines for littering. Guess what? People hauled their own trash out. Likewise rafting the grand canyon, you carried your own crap (literally) out in a bag and an .50 BMG ammo can, if not, big dollars. Cost to the taxpayer, zero. Improvement on the environment, huge.
